SEO Content Queue Templates

Templates for indie developers and small teams: keyword list, intent grouping, outline draft format, and update schedule. Focus on order, not bulk production.

Best for

  • 已经确定要做 SEO 或内容增长,但不想把站点做成内容工厂
  • 更需要关键词、提纲和更新队列模板
  • 希望先把每周节奏跑稳,而不是先追数量

Build a queue before scaling output

Common SEO problems are not "can't write" but:

  • Keywords too scattered
  • Outline direction changing often
  • Content published but never updated
  • Each week feels like starting over

A first version should establish a content queue.

Template 1: Keyword list

Keyword List

Keyword:

In this week's queue? (Y/N):

Template 2: Intent grouping

Intent Groups

Informational:
- What users are asking

Comparison:
- What users are comparing

Transactional:
- What users want to do next

Alternative:
- Whose solution users are considering

Template 3: Outline draft

SEO Outline Template

Title:

Core question:

Must cover:
1.
2.
3.

Need real data/facts:
1.
2.

Do not force:

2.

Template 4: Update schedule

Update Queue

This week—update:
1.
2.

This week—new:
1.
2.

This week—skip:
1.
2.

Check:
- Closer to real product questions?
- Easier to sustain updates?

When to stay at the template level

If you have not yet clarified:

  • Which keywords strongly map to your product
  • Which pages should be updated vs rewritten
  • How many pieces you can update per week

Do not push for higher volume. Lock in the queue and cadence first.

Suggested workflow

  1. Fill the keyword list for 10–20 terms
  2. Group by intent
  3. Pick 2–3 for this week (mix update and new)
  4. Draft outlines for each
  5. Write or iterate; ship and track
  6. Repeat weekly with a fixed checklist

FAQ

Topic FAQ

Indie developers, small teams, and product sites—not bulk content factories.

Indies usually lack stable priority and cadence more than writing ability. A queue fixes that.
